Private Sessions

A private MOVE Pilates session is specifically tailored to your individual needs and goals. You can expect to improve range of movement and flexibility, tighten and tone muscles, increase strength, and improve posture and balance.

This 50 minute private session is perfect for clients that are new to Pilates, as well as those with previous Pilates experience wanting to deepen their practice. I design our sessions to progress and grow along with the client and strive to challenge you while ensuring that your sessions are safe and effective. Pilates allows you the opportunity to discover the mind-body connection and will leave you feeling renewed. I am are able to work with injuries, target specific areas and will provide challenging total body workouts that will leave you feeling stronger and ready to MOVE. Please bring sticky socks with you or you can purchase a pair at the studio.

Duet and Triple sessions are also available if you would like to do Pilates along side family or friends.
